  • Successful transactions are non-refundable once processed through third-party providers or government portals.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

The transaction failed but your account was debited.

Service Not Delivered

The intended payment (e.g., utility bill or recharge) was not completed.

Duplicate Payment

You accidentally made the same payment more than once for the same service.

Unauthorized Transaction

A payment was processed without your knowledge or consent, subject to investigation.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed for:

  • Successful payments where the service has already been fulfilled
  • Change of mind or incorrect entry by the user (e.g., wrong account or biller ID)
  • Delay in confirmation from the service provider if the payment is pending

Refunds, once approved, will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, please also inform us. We will cooperate with the issuing authority to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
